Jello Cheesecake Dessert
I have no idea what this recipe is called, but oh my, is it ever delicious! I was getting Cool Whip to make some Creamy Pineapple Dessert, when my friend told me about this awesome recipe. It was super simple, so I decided to try it. I name it “cheesecake” since it has a cream cheese taste to it. Yummmmmmm!
Jello Cheesecake Salad / Dessert
Dry jello mix – your choice of flavor; I used cherry
Small carton of cottage cheese
Small tub of Cool Whip type topping
Mix all together until well blended. And that’s it! It’s very fluffy, but firms up (as in the picture) when it’s refrigerated. Either way, it’s delicious! And I LOVE that it’s one of those quick and easy dessert salad type of recipes that you can whip up in a snap!
